Welcome to the UPenn FIMRC Chapter fundraising page!

Help us support Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children by making a donation. The process is fast, easy, and secure. I truly appreciate any support you can provide. It will benefit a great cause!

This year, our chapter is adopting a project in Limón, Nicaragua to help the clinic set up a Women's Health Program in the community. This new initiative will allow the clinic to reach the most underserved women in the area with services that are essential to their lives and reproductive health. The program will provide education, screening, and medical care and treatment for women facing reproductive health issues. The funds raised for this program will provide an exam table, medications for the pharmacy and supplemental educational materials. This project is especially important because the women of this community have to travel for up to two hours to receive treatment and oftentimes have to wait months for an appointment and/or laboratory results. The goal of this program is to provide OB/GYN services and comprehensive health education and care for the most at-risk population of women in the communities surrounding Limón.

We hope you can help us out with any form of monetary donation so we can reach our end-of-the-year goal of $2000 for the clinic. If you can't help us out for any reason, feel free to also spread the word by emailing friends and family or sharing this on Twitter or Facebook to help get the word out. Thanks so much for your generosity!
